We will assist you with the following steps of Visa Procedure:
STEP 1 :
- Fill the DS – 160 forms for applying visa.
- Once the Form is filled then Deposit the fees in Axis Bank for activation the MRV slip.
- One latest passport size photograph of 50 mm X 50 mm (2″ x 2″) with a white background is required. Please scan and send it along with the form DS-160 to the email id (visa@imltravel.com) along with the photocopy of the passport first two pages and last two pages (Passport should be valid at least 06 months from Date of Travel.)
STEP-2:
we will have to take two appointments for processing the visa application, first appointment is taken the following U S Offsite facilitation Centre for Biometrics Purpose. Please note below Offsite Facilitation centre address where the applicants have to go for the fingerprinting and eye scanning process along with the following documentation:
-Original Passport along with your all old passports.
-DS-160 Confirmation Page
-Appointment Confirmation page.

STEP-3 :
After the Biometrics submission, in Second appointment applicant will have to go for appear interview at the US embassy as per the provided date and time by the Respective embassy at the below mention address –

Following has to be carried at the US Embassy at the time of Appointment.
– Original Passport with validity of more than six months. ( All old Passports to be carried and is must )
– 1 DS-160 Confirmation page.
MRV Visa fees deposit slip.
– Appointment Confirmation page.
– 2 Recent passport size colour photographs. (50mm by 50mm) it should be the same which you had sent for filling up the form.
– Covering letter from the applicant on company’s letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
– Invitation letter with signature ID proof.
– Personal Original Bank Statement for the last 6 months.
– Personal Income Tax paper for the last 3 years.
