2. Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Mathura

Ram Janmabhoomi Temple is one of the major attractions in Ayodhya city. It is considered as the birth place of Lord Ram, the 7th incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Mughal emperor Babur demolished the original temple and built a mosque at the site.

However, the mosque was also demolished in 1992.
