SWEDEN

• Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival in Sweden. (Old passport if any.)
• Visa Application forms.
• 2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and Matte finish, 80% face size.
• A Covering letter – Name and designation of the applicant and also of the signatory (of managerial or executive level) with signature that certifies that the applicant will be visiting the Swedish company concerned. Furtehr, An outline of itinerary of the applicant, his purpose of visit names and addresses of the companies he/she intends to visit.
• An Invitation Letter with name of the applicant invited, his/her Purpose of visit, Days of the intended stay  and Dates of visit.
• If self-employed, then Business Registration is needed eg. Shop Act / MOA / Deed.
• Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with bank seal and sign on it.
• Hotel Confirmation.
• Confirm Air Tickets.
• Overseas travel medical insurance.
• Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
• Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed
• Employment contract if any.

• Overseas Travel Insurance

• Original Personal bank statements for last 6 months updated with sufficient balance.
• Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed.
• Original Leave Letter from Employer / School / University.
• If retired, then Retire proof or Pension order
• If self-employed, then Business Registration is needed eg. Shop Act, Deed, MOA etc.
• Student/College ID card / Bonafide certificate – if student

Documents from Friends/Relatives visiting Sweden:

• Passport & Visa copies.
• Appendix E Form.
• Relationship proof certificate if visiting family members.

If Children are not travelling with both parents (under 18 years of age), then written consent letter is required that should be certified by public notary of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian;

If the Children are travelling alone (under 18 years of age), then written consent letter is required which should be certified by public notary of both parents or legal guardian;

In all cases: copies of the passports of both parents (legal guardian/s) or PAN cards or driving licenses.

Note – Applicants personally need to go for submission with prior appointment, if he/she is applying for first time to Schengen Country after 2nd November 2015.
