Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of arrival + Old passport. with atleast 2 blank pages. Passport should be issued within the previous 10 years;
Visa Application forms.
2 photographs : 35X45mm, white background matt finish, 80% face size.
Covering letter from Indian company mentioning below details:
a. The applicant’s identity b. The purpose of the journey (meetings, conferences, training or business related events); c. The period of intended stay; The place of stay.
Invitation letter from Poland company mentioning details of a. The applicant’s identity b. The purpose of the journey (meetings, conferences, training or business related events); c. The period of intended stay; The place of stay.
Overseas Insurance.
Return ticket.
Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
Original personal Bank Statements last 6 months updated with bank seal & sign.
Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed
Company registration prof eg.shop act/MOA/Deed.
If the minor travels with one parent only, written consent of the other parent or guardian, except in cases of a parent having the care or custody alone;
If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent of both parents or guardians having the care and custody of the applicant;
Copies of the passport of the parents. If not applicable, birth certificate of the applicant and copies of the ID cards of the parents.
Visa Fees: INR 4800/- pp
Time Required: 10- 15 Working Days

Documents of visa received before 5:30pm will be processed on the same calender day. All documents received after 05:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
It must be noted that grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and IML Travel is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner.
The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.
We will not be liable for the Delay in processing by the Consulate/Embassy.
Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
