DAY 01 | ARRIVAL AT MAURITIUS

 

Welcome to Mauritius!

Your Mauritius holidays starts On arrival at Mauritius ,meet and greet our representatives at the airport. After clearing the immigration formality, Transfer to the hotel and Check-in.Rest of the day is free for leisure and shopping.Have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 02 | MAURITIUS – ILE AUX CERFS (B)

 

After breakfast, depart in a coach for a full-day excursion to Ile Aux Cerfs, an emerald lagoon on the east coast. The island is known for its sandy beaches, beautiful lagoon and a wide range of facilities and activities. A swim and snorkelling in the lagoon are perfect ways to spend a day. You can also enjoy optional water sports such as banana boat ride, water skiing, parasailing and undersea walk at an additional cost. Return to the hotel in the evening and stay overnight at hotel.

 

DAY 03| EXPLORE MAURITIUS (B)

 

Breakfast at hotel and The day is completely free for leisure on your own or you can proceed to enjoy water sport activities like scuba diving, snorkeling, jet sking, etc.

Overnight stay at hotel.

 

DAY 04| MAURITIUS – NORTH ISLAND TOUR (B)

 

Post breakfast, proceed for a full-day North Island tour. Visit the capital city – Port Louis, Place D Armes with its French colonial buildings, the eventful Champ de Mars Racecourse, and the exotic Caudan Waterfront. Dinner and stay remains at the hotel.

 

DAY 05| EXPLORE MAURITIUS (B)

 

Breakfast at hotel and The day is completely free for leisure on your own or continue to shopping in Goodlands or Grand Bale. After that. In the evening come back to your hotel and comfortable overnight stay.

 

DAY 06 | MAURITIUS – SOUTH ISLAND TOUR (B)

 

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day South Island tour. Visit the Trou Aux Cerfs, the crater of an extinct volcano and Grand Bassin, a natural lake at the base of volcanic crater and a pilgrimage place for Hindus. Also take a tour of Chamarel and discover its coloured earths and waterfall alongside visit the city of Curepipe where you can pick up some souvenirs.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 07 | DEPARTURE TO ONWARD DESTINATION (B)

 

After early morning, check-out from your hotel & get ready for your return journey. Once you are ready to move, our representative will escort you to the Mauritius Airport. Board your flight for return to india with beautiful & everlasting memories of your tour to cheer forever.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Cancellation stage: 21 days or more before departure.
  • 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 15 to 20 days before departure.
  • 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 07 to 15 days or less before departure.
  • 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 7 days or less 24 Hrs before departure.
  • 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
  • Flights Cancellation.
  • For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
  • All payments have to be clear 30 days prior to the date departure.
  • International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.(Except Saturday &

Sunday)

  • Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided 7 day prior to departure.
  • IML travel will not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 Nights prior to the date of departure.
  • IML travel acts just as an agent between the airlines and the traveler, we are not responsible for the check-in services like web check-in. If a guest wishes to do the web check-in they must visit the website of the respective airlines and follow the procedure.
  • All tours involving less than 10 Persons will be considered as FIT or individual tour.
  • All tours involving more than 10 Persons will be considered as group tour.
  • Any monument, activity entry-pass/ passes, Guide Services are not included in individual tour packages, unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
  • All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point there is no provision of alternative transfer service. In this case guest may request for supplementary transport which will be charged extra. These services can be availed depending on the availability.
  • Full Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1700 Hrs (Maximum 8 Hours).
  • Half Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1300 Hrs OR at 1200 Hrs till 1600 Hrs (Maximum 4 hrs)

IMPORTANT REMARKS

  • All the above is just an offer subject to your acceptance & no booking are done yet, space will be subject to availability while we go through booking.
  • Rate is based on the above mentioned number of travelers, in case there is an increase or decrease in the number of persons or change of date, IML Travel keeps the right to change its rates accordingly.
  • All transfers throughout the entire trip are on private basis by A/C Deluxe Vehicle.
  • All above mentioned sightseeing are on Private basis on Cairo, Luxor and Aswan.
  • Hotels official Check in at 15:00 Hrs& Check out at 12:00 hrs.
  • The Indian meals served at local restaurant in Cairo upon request with extra charge

FORCE MAJEURE

IML Travel shall not be responsible for partial or complete non-performance of It’s obligations hereunder as a result of the impact of circumstances beyond their control and unforeseeable, for example, fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane and other natural calamities, Political unrest epidemics, military and actions of authorities (“Force Majeure”). Under such circumstances, the period for fulfillment of obligations hereunder shall be extended for the period the conditions referred to above persist.
