Kenya Night Safari will start off with a journey to the beautiful Masai Mara via the Great Rift Valley which offers spectacular views. On arrival at the Masai Mara Park, we will spend our time in search of the wildlife that makes this one of Africa’s premier safari destinations. The Masai Mara is especially famous for its large cat population and also the fact that it plays an integral role in the Wildebeest Migration, wildlife spectacular like none other on earth. This package, popular among our clients from Europe, USA, and the UK among many others, is a top choice for first-time Safari-goers because of almost guaranteed sightings of the Big 5 at any time of the year. Maasai Mara is also known for the Great Wildebeest Migration where over two million animals migrate from Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to the greener pastures of Maasai Mara, Kenya from July to October.

TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 01| Nairobi – Maasai Mara Game Reserve

 

Early in the morning, you will be picked up in Nairobi by the driver/guide and provide a briefing on your safari we depart for Maasai Mara. You will arrive in the Mara in time for lunch at your camp/Lodge, which will be followed by an afternoon game drive till evening. Great Rift Valley and lunch stop-over

Travel time to Mara will take around 5-6 hrs. Along the way, there will be a stopover at the Great Rift Valley where you can take photos of the sheer drop of the Rift Valley, as well as the nearby Suswa Ranges and Mount Longonot. There will also be a stop-over at Narok Town for lunch where a simple buffet of traditional Kenyan foods await.

Upon arrival at Mara, you can settle in and rest before proceeding to an afternoon game drive at Maasai Mara National Reserve.

 

DAY 02| Maasai Mara Game Reserve

 

Full Day Game Drive

After breakfast, you will leave for a full day game drive in Maasai Mara National Park. This is home to over 3 million large mammals. Our experienced tour guide/ driver will take you in search for the famous Big 5 among other animals: Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Elephant, Rhino, Hyena, Cheetah, Jackal, Warthog, Giraffe, Zebra, Antelope wildebeest, and various bird species. Picnic lunch will be served at Mara River as you witness the famous migration.

This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena, and cultures.

 

DAY 03| Masai Mara National Park – Nairobi

 

We will have an early morning game drive and return to the camp for breakfast before driving back to Nairobi. There will be a stopover in Narok town for lunch at your own cost.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation stage: 21 days or more before departure.
25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
Cancellation stage: 15 to 20 days before departure.
50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
Cancellation stage: 07 to 15 days or less before departure.
75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure
Cancellation stage: 7 days or less 24 Hrs before departure.
100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
Flights Cancellation.
For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
All payments have to be clear 30 days prior to the date departure.
International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.(Except Saturday &
Sunday)

Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided 7 day prior to departure.
IML travel will not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 Nights prior to the date of departure.
IML travel acts just as an agent between the airlines and the traveler, we are not responsible for the check-in services like web check-in. If a guest wishes to do the web check-in they must visit the website of the respective airlines and follow the procedure.
All tours involving less than 10 Persons will be considered as FIT or individual tour.
All tours involving more than 10 Persons will be considered as group tour.
Any monument, activity entry-pass/ passes, Guide Services are not included in individual tour packages, unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point there is no provision of alternative transfer service. In this case guest may request for supplementary transport which will be charged extra. These services can be availed depending on the availability.
Full Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1700 Hrs (Maximum 8 Hours).
Half Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1300 Hrs OR at 1200 Hrs till 1600 Hrs (Maximum 4 hrs)

IMPORTANT REMARKS

All the above is just an offer subject to your acceptance & no booking are done yet, space will be subject to availability while we go through booking.
Rate is based on the above mentioned number of travelers, in case there is an increase or decrease in the number of persons or change of date, IML Travel keeps the right to change its rates accordingly.
All transfers throughout the entire trip are on private basis by A/C Deluxe Vehicle.
All above mentioned sightseeing are on Private basis on Cairo, Luxor and Aswan.
Hotels official Check in at 15:00 Hrs& Check out at 12:00 hrs.
The Indian meals served at local restaurant in Cairo upon request with extra charge

IML Travel shall not be responsible for partial or complete non-performance of It’s obligations hereunder as a result of the impact of circumstances beyond their control and unforeseeable, for example, fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane and other natural calamities, Political unrest epidemics, military and actions of authorities (“Force Majeure”). Under such circumstances, the period for fulfillment of obligations hereunder shall be extended for the period the conditions referred to above persist.
