DAY 1| ARRIVAL IN INDIA

Arrival at Bengaluru International Airport. Next, you will be welcomed by our representative on the airport who will escort you to the hotel. Check-in to the hotel. Send your full day at leisure. Also, visit local market places nearby your hotel.

Have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 2| BENGALURU-MYSORE (3hrs 30mins -150kms)

After early morning breakfast, embark with a journey to ‘City of Palaces’. Moreover, on your way to the Mysore City, visit Srirangpattanam – the capital of Hyder Ali and his son Tipu Sultan. Also, on arrival, check into the hotel. In the evening, indulge in to the amazingly beautiful and decorated Brindavan Gardens. Furthermore, while in Mysore, a KRS Dam also known as Krishna Raj Sagar Dam designed by the Great engineer Sir M Visvesvaraya, is a must visit. As the day falls come back to your hotel.

Enjoy Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 3| MYSORE-COORG (3hrs – 110kms)

After early morning breakfast, proceed on an excursion to visit one of the best-preserved Hoysala Temples at Somnathpur. Then, in the afternoon come back to Mysore and visit the famous Mysore Palace – also known as Ambavilas Palace, official residence of the Wadiyar Dynasty. Thereafter, checkout from your hotel & embark on a drive to Coorg. Also, an arrival at the city, check-in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

Enjoy dinner and have a comfortable overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 4| COORG

After early morning breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Kodagu and enjoy a half-day tour, with visits to coffee plantations, orange orchards and paddy field in Mercara – the largest town in Coorg. In fact, the town has a sprawling fortress built by the Rajas of Coorg on a hill. Moreover, nearby stands a temple of Lord Omkareshwara (one of the twelve Jyotirlinga), which shows an unusual combination of the Hindu and Islamic styles of architecture.

Evening return to your hotel, Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 5| COORG-TALA KAVERI- BYLAKUPPE -COORG

After early morning breakfast, proceed for a day excursion of the Tala Kaveri which is an hour drive from Coorg city. Also, Tala Kaveri is situated in the lap of nature. In fact, Tala Kaveri is the source point of the great river Kaveri – it constitutes a magnificent view into the nature. Moreover, the drive from Coorg City to Tala Kaveri is quite an experience in itself as it offers a magnificent insight to the coffee plantation and the nature. After Tala Kaveri proceed for Bylakuppe which is a two hour drive from Tala Kaveri.

In addition, Bylakuppe – home to several Tibetan settlements. Ingalakere is the largest lake in Mysore district and is one of the main attractions in Bylakuppe. Visit Namdroling Monastery or Golden Temple which is the largest teaching center of Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism in the world.

Evening return to the Coorg City, Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 6 | DEPARTURE FROM INDIA

COMPANY POLICIES

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
All payments have to be clear 30 days prior to the date departure.
International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.(Except Saturday &Sunday)

Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided 7 day prior to departure.
IML travel will not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 Nights prior to the date of departure.
IML travel acts just as an agent between the airlines and the traveler, we are not responsible for the check-in services like web check-in. If a guest wishes to do the web check-in they must visit the website of the respective airlines and follow the procedure.
All tours involving less than 10 Persons will be considered as FIT or individual tour.
All tours involving more than 10 Persons will be considered as group tour.
Any monument, activity entry-pass/ passes, Guide Services are not included in individual tour packages, unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point there is no provision of alternative transfer service. In this case guest may request for supplementary transport which will be charged extra. These services can be availed depending on the availability.
Full Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1700 Hrs (Maximum 8 Hours).
Half Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1300 Hrs OR at 1200 Hrs till 1600 Hrs (Maximum 4 hrs)

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation stage: 21 days or more before departure.
25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure

Cancellation stage: 15 to 20 days before departure.
50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure

Cancellation stage: 07 to 15 days or less before departure.
75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure

Cancellation stage: 7 days or less 24 Hrs before departure.
100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure

FORCE MAJEURE

IML Travel shall not be responsible for partial or complete non-performance of It’s obligations hereunder as a result of the impact of circumstances beyond their control and unforeseeable, for example, fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane and other natural calamities, Political unrest epidemics, military and actions of authorities (“Force Majeure”). Under such circumstances, the period for fulfillment of obligations hereunder shall be extended for the period the conditions referred to above persist.
