TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 1| INDIA ARRIVAL AND AGRA TOUR

 

On arrival, you will be welcomed by our representative at New Delhi station/airport. Depart for the historical and romantic city tour of Agra. In Agra, you will visit ‘Taj Mahal’, the epitome of romance, built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife, Mumtaz, and is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. You will also visit the majestic Agra fort– where the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan spent his last few years. Check-in the hotel.

Have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

 

 

DAY 2| AGRA- JAIPUR (4hrs 15mins – 240kms)

 

Have breakfast at the hotel. Check-out and drive towards Jaipur. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri – which was once the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Centre and it is visited by tourists from all over the world throughout the year. The monuments at Fatehpur, with all the stories and anecdotes they hold, are a must visit. After sightseeing at Fatehpur Sikri complete your journey to Jaipur. Check-in the hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore this vibrant and colorful city.

DAY 3| JAIPUR

 

After early morning breakfast, proceed for the full day tour of the Pink City, Jaipur. Drive to Fort Amber, the former capital of Kachhwaha Rajputs. On the way, you will stop to visit the city’s landmark: the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). Built during the 18th century, the five-storey building features 953 windows from where the royal women used to see the processions. Next you will visit Amber Fort, which lies on a 400-ft-tall hill and is surrounded by the chain of mountains known as Aravali.

The City Palace built in 1734, lies in the center of Jaipur and is now the residence of the royal family of Jaipur and includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal, palaces and other buildings. After that you will visit Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory. The instruments are carved out of stone and marble serving to the sky observation. You will also learn to tie a Jaipuri turban in a variety of ways. Come back to the hotel.

DAY 4| JAIPUR- DELHI (5hrs 30mins – 20kms)

 

After early morning breakfast, check-out from your hotel and drive back to Delhi. On arrival, check-in to your hotel and proceed for the sightseeing tour of “The Heart of India”, Delhi. Start your day with tour of Raj Ghat. If time permits, shop in the local market of Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon, visit India Gate, Qutub Minar and the Lotus Temple. Drive past the President’s House, Parliament House and the Government Secretariat Buildings. You will be given dinner reservations in Parikrama-The Revolving Restaurant. Enjoy fine dining in the revolving rooftop restaurant. You will then be escorted to Hauz Khas Village which is the clubbing hub of Delhi. Get a glimpse of the Delhi nightlife in here.

Enjoy overnight stay in the hotel at Delhi.

 

 

DAY 5-10| DELHI-TRIVANDRUM

 

After an early morning breakfast, check-out from the hotel. Our representative will transfer you to Domestic Airport to board your flight for Trivandrum – capital city of Kerala. Once you will arrive at the airport, you will be transferred to Manaltheeram, Kerala’s Ayurveda Beach Village.

Ayurveda includes herbal treatment combined from roots, stems, seeds and flowers which actually heals your body and clean minute pores in the body. Ayurveda includes yoga, meditation and exercise.

Here you will get to rejuvenate your body and soul for the next 7 days. This will be a lifetime experience for you. This medication and body massage through medicated cream and essential oil will:

  • Release your stress and tension and will strengthen you system.
  • Heal and tone up your body through ancient Ayurveda techniques and extensive care.

You will get 3 hours therapy every day. You will also get a chance to experience yoga alongside the beautiful beach.

Spend your 7 days at the Ayurveda beach village.

 

 

DAY 11| TRIVANDRUM-ALLEPPEY (4hrs-154km)

 

After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey and tranfer to the famous houseboat in Alleppey. You will enjoy the scenic view of coconut trees and rice paddy fields from the luxurious houseboat. Enjoy freshly cooked lunch and dinner by chefs at houseboat with all amenities. Spend a comfortable night in the houseboat.

 

 

DAY 12| DEPARTURE FROM INDIA

 

After a soothing experience at Kerala, our representative will transfer you to the airport. Board your flight home with delightful memories.

COMPANY POLICIES

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
  • All payments have to be clear 30 days prior to the date departure.
  • International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.(Except Saturday &Sunday)
  • Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided 7 day prior to departure.
  • IML travel will not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 Nights prior to the date of departure.
  • IML travel acts just as an agent between the airlines and the traveler, we are not responsible for the check-in services like web check-in. If a guest wishes to do the web check-in they must visit the website of the respective airlines and follow the procedure.
  • All tours involving less than 10 Persons will be considered as FIT or individual tour.
  • All tours involving more than 10 Persons will be considered as group tour.
  • Any monument, activity entry-pass/ passes, Guide Services are not included in individual tour packages, unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
  • All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point there is no provision of alternative transfer service. In this case guest may request for supplementary transport which will be charged extra. These services can be availed depending on the availability.
  • Full Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1700 Hrs (Maximum 8 Hours).
  • Half Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1300 Hrs OR at 1200 Hrs till 1600 Hrs (Maximum 4 hrs)

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Cancellation stage: 21 days or more before departure.
  • 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 15 to 20 days before departure.
  • 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 07 to 15 days or less before departure.
  • 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 7 days or less 24 Hrs before departure.
  • 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
  • Flights Cancellation.
  • For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy.

FORCE MAJEURE

IML Travel shall not be responsible for partial or complete non-performance of It’s obligations hereunder as a result of the impact of circumstances beyond their control and unforeseeable, for example, fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane and other natural calamities, Political unrest epidemics, military and actions of authorities (“Force Majeure”). Under such circumstances, the period for fulfillment of obligations hereunder shall be extended for the period the conditions referred to above persist.
