Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT CAIRO (D)
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, IML Travel representative welcomes you and assists you through the immigration process. Escorted transfer by a modern air-conditioned vehicle, which will take you to the hotel through Old Cairo to enjoy the panoramic view of the citadel with the towering mosque of Mohamed Ali pass by Sultan Hassan & El Refaie mosques. Check in the hotel upon arrival & free time to refresh, Overnight stay at a hotel.
Back to the hotel & overnight stay at Cairo.
Day 2 : PYRAMIDS, SPHINX, MUSEUM,KHAN EL KHALILI BAZARS (B+L+D)
Early breakfast at the hotel in Cairo then start a guided tour to visit one of the Seven Wonders the great
Pyramids of Giza; (Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus) were reckoned by the Greeks to be one of the
Seven Wonders of the World. A single pyramid is built with 2.300.000 blocks, each weighing an average of two and a half tonnes. In the face of such immensity, one cannot help but feel the wonder and awe that so many writers and artists have sought to convey over the centuries. The Cheops Pyramid is more interesting because its interior burial chambers are open for inspection by the public. Not far from the Pyramids is the Great Sphinx of Giza, which dates from the time of Chephren (2620 BC). Hewn from natural yellowish limestone and standing 65 feet high and 187 feet long, this unforgettable statue combines the head of a Pharaoh with a lion’s body. A quick visit to papyrus institute or a perfume shop can be arranged after the visit.
Egyptian Museum was established by the Egyptian government in 1835. The present museum building was built in 1900, in the new classical style by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon. The museum exhibited collections now exceed 120,000 objects ranges from the prehistoric era to the Greco Roman period. It has 107 halls, and the ground floor houses huge statues.
The upper floor houses small statues, jewels, Tutankhamen treasures, and the mummies. The museum also comprises of a photography section and large library. A hall for the Royal Mummies was opened at the museum, housing eleven kings and queens.
After the visit to the museum, a short drive through the downtown will take you to Khan El Khalili bazaars; which is one of the most famous worldwide with its amazing narrow alleyways. Dinner and Overnight on the sleeping train.
Day 3 : TRAIN – ASWAN – CRUISE (B+L+D)
Breakfast onboard the train and meet & assist upon arriving at Aswan Station and transfer to the Nile cruise. Meet & assist upon arrival Aswan is one of the world’s best-known winter resorts. Start a guided tour to visit the Old Dam (just passing over it) and the High Dam, which provides irrigation and electricity to the whole Egypt and then a motorboat ride, will take you to the beautiful Temple of Philae on Isis Island then transfer to the Nile Cruise & Check-in.
Lunch will be served onboard the cruise then afternoon relax. Dinner and Overnight in Aswan.
Day 4 : ASWAN- KOM OMBO- EDFU (B+L+D)
Very early wakeup call & breakfast box will be ready to start an excursion by coach to the great Temples of Abu Simbel (Optional) flanked by four giant stone statues of Ramses II. The Temple was reclaimed from the dam to rescue from the rising water of Lake Nasser and reconstructed in its present site.
Sail to KomEmbo upon returning from Abu Simbel. Visit The Ptolemaic Temple Shared by Two Gods, Sobek, and Heroeris in KomEmbo. Alternatively, you can spend your time in leisure onboard your Nile river cruise and svour to the delicious cuisine served. Sail to Edfu&Enjoy your dinner onboard the Nile river cruise, overnight on board the Nile River cruise.
Day 5 : EDFU -LUXOR (B+L+D)
Transfer by Kalesh or horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus to visit then back to the Nile Cruise and sail to Esna / Luxor. Visit Karnak temple upon arrival & overview Luxor temple from outside as it is like an open museum from outside as it is like an open museum.
Overnight onboard the Nile River cruise.
Day 6 : WEST BANK – SLEEPING TRAIN (B+D)
Early breakfast & check out then start a visit to the west bank in Luxor to the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple & colossi of Memnon. These are some of the best examples of the magnificence of ancient Egyptian architecture and its cultural spirits. Later drive back to the Nile cruise & check out from the cruise, take the Luggage and get transferred to back Cairo Dinner and Overnight in the sleeping
train.
Day 7 : FULL DAY TOUR TO ALEXANDRIA (B+L+D)
Early breakfast at the hotel in Cairo then transfers to Alexandria via the desert road –about 225 km– whereby you will start a guided tour to visit the Bombay’s’ pillars, the Catacombs & Montazah Gardens. You will also pass by Alexandrina Bibliotheca & overview Quite Bay citadel from outside.
Pompeii Column and Kom El-Shuqafa Catacombs Thirty meters high and built from Aswan pink granite, the Pompeii Column is thought to have been a present from the people of Alexandria to Emperor Diocletian. The majority of the remains found around the column can be been at the Greco-Roman Museum. At the top of the hill lies the entrance to the Kom al-Shuqafa Catacombs dating from the first and second centuries. They have been discovered by chance at the beginning of 20th, century.
Montazah Gardens; is about 150-hectare park surrounding the palace of Khedive Abbas with its amazing architecture worth of Walt Disney. Visitors enjoy strolling in the gardens or swimming of the nice sandy beaches.
Alexandrina Bibliotheca; the New Library of Alexandria, the New Bibliotheca Alexandrina is dedicated to recapture the spirit of openness and scholarship of the original Bibliotheca Alexandrina. It is much more than a library as it contains 13 different departments Besides, the New Library also hosts a number of institutions which is growing and it is becoming the nerve center of many international and regional networks.
Qaitebay Fort has been guarding the bay for centuries; at the end of the Cornish rises the crenellated walls of the Mameluk fortress built in 1480 on the site of the Alexandria lighthouse. Drive back to Cairo, dinner at a restaurant & overnight at the hotel.
Day 8 : CAIRO- DEPARTURE TO ONWARDS DESTINATION (B)
Enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast in at your train; later complete your check-out formalities and embark on a journey to Cairo International Airport to catch your flight to India. Then, Board your flight from there and come back to your home with the cheerful memories of your wonderful trip.

For all our previous holidays abroad, we had done all our bookings ourselves. A friend advised us to use a tour operator, but we had initial reservations. We thought it would be a group tour, and we would have to go by the schedule of the group. But we were pleasantly surprised after interacting with IML. We were provided all help and guidance to customize our tour as per our needs, and we had an exclusive guide and vehicle wherever we went. We were given multiple options to choose from while planning, and enough information about various options to help us decide. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful, and we would receive answers to our queries within minutes. We were also informed of the custom of tipping that is prevalent in Egypt and not included in the package, and advised beforehand how much to pay the guides & drivers. Being a local custom, this was obviously beyond control. The agency took care of everything, from visa to booking of air tickets. We were met at the airport and assisted through immigration. The guides were very knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a dedicated vehicle wherever we went, and all meals were taken care of. Even while we were there, people from IML kept checking back with us, and were most helpful and accommodating to take care of any minor changes we required. On the whole, it was a wonderful, hassle free experience. We'd strongly recommend their services.

As a surprise, my husband decided on a trip to Egypt. IML Travel provided us with a wonderful experience of Cairo. I booked with Anand who was superbly helpful in making all reservations from beginning till end. They are very responsible and take care of all things - visa, flights, hotel, sight seeing, immigration process at airports. The Egypt representatives were well mannered and very courteous. Anand was available all the time on whatsapp to help in case we needed something. However, I will still point out some things that can be improved: 1. More flight options should be provided. Kuwait airways can prove to be not so good if leaving from Chennai. The airlines is very disorganized and Kuwait airport by itself lacks many facilities. A stopover at any other airport apart from Kuwait city can be fine 2. We missed out on seeing Abu Simbel due to a little bit of miscommunication between the operators. Our local Egypt representative (from excel travels) was unable to coordinate properly. Some times, things depend a lot on local travel representatives. Ours was a very disorganized albeit courteous person Hesham who required more explanations every time we needed to modify the trip, a bit 3. Egypt, like US, requires travelers to tip a lot everywhere. All these gratuities should be included within the initial package cost itself. It is very cumbersome to withdraw money and carry small bills everywhere to tip guides, drivers, local representatives etc. All the above points apart, our trip was very comfortable and IML travels have done their best to accommodate our wishes as much as possible. I will certainly recommend all family and friends to book through them.

Excellent service from India representatives specially Vineet Sing of IML. Excellent timings in terms of availability of coordinators , guides and vehicles and very good quality hotels. The only two reasons why I have not given 5 rating are (1) the language issue of the guide in Luxor/ Azwan and (2) Representative at Cairo names Mahmoud who was extreamely greedy trying to maximuize his cut by taking us to suboptimal restaurants , booking us in wrong trains to save hotel costs and kept haggling on the tips. Vineet Sing made up for all gaps in the services at Cairo and was available 24X7 for help. Minus Mahmoud , this trip was full marks and I recommend IML to all

A very well organised 10 day trip to Egypt. Hotels were good. Egyptian veg food is quite decent.One shld not go to any 'indian restaurant' other than Maharaja. Road trips were excellent! The cruise was nice. I wl definitely recommend IML. A special mention for Anand who is extremely helpful & takes care of minute details!

Booked the Nile cruise through IML and had a great experience. It was peak Christmas week; I was not able to get booking in any of the star cruises and IML got us booked on M/s Alyssa which turned out to be better than other boats. John who was the manager of Alyssa was very gracious to upgrade us to a suite without any extra changes. Staff on the boat as well as the guide who accompanied us for all the day tours were very courteous and warm. Anand was the relationship manager from IML and he was very responsive and available on Whatsapp 24/7 even during the trip. There was a slight hitch - the boat changed its schedule the previous week and since I was not aware about this, we ended up missing Abu Simbel. Albeit this, rest everything was very smooth and as per plan.

Myself and my son toured Egypt from20 Nov to 27 Nov 2019 thru IML travel.Sharique was helping us in our tour.He is a young,polite and passionate guy who made our trip a memorable one.He helped in restructuring our trip after a family tragedy visa procedure and saw to it that we were comfortable at each and every level.Sharique was readily available any time to answer all our queries.we were included in a 24*7 chat group of whatsapp and were seen that we were safe at any time.The cruise was awesome.We had a royal tour I must say.A big thanks to Sharique and the team and wish them all the best.hope to undertake more such trips.

Dream holiday with IML Travels I had booked a 10 day tour with IML Travels to Egypt and Jordan in Oct - Nov '19. It was our first trip to the African continent and our first guided tour so I was very apprehensive about how it would all turn out. But I needn't have worried. From finalising our itinerary to booking our tickets and getting our visas, IML handled it all. As promised, we were taken care of from the time we arrived at the airport in Egypt till we left Jordan for India. Sharique was the FACE of IML TEAM for only 4 girls of us. Sharique was all the time available to give us BEST service, I am sure because of all IML team. I must say the whole journey was mind blowing only because of IML travels TEAM. The process even before the trip started was handled very well with constant communication from Sharique. I am based out of PUNE and the IML office is located in Delhi, Even then they ensured that the distance does not become a hindrance to our planning. We only 4 girls were going EGYPT and many of our relatives and friends were in shock, are ye egypt kyon ja rahe ho...kya hai waha, even our husbands were not sure. but i must say the way sharique and IML team planned each and everything was fantastic. IML was our backbone of that trip. Full support from SHARIQUE AND IML TEAM in everything - Immigration, Early Hotel Check-in, Lock rooms in hotel, Late Check-outs, support while on Train or Road journey & ON THE SPOT addition of some place. Good Hotels, Cruise , personal tour guides, AC Cab with drivers. Everything was very well executed. We were going to experience the Cruise for the first time and we were super happy with rooms in cruise, services offered, the parties and scrumptious food. The guides in Cairo, Aswan-Edfu-Luxor : Cruise guide, Co-coordinator in Hurghada , The Sea Dive instructor all were helpful. The guide were knowledgeable and good human beings. Bottom line, never ever try any other travel company for at least EGYPT. AND ALSO, because of our trip experience one of my FRIEND booked INDONESIA, BANGKOK HONEYMOON TRIP From IML and couple was also very very happy. It was an excellent trip organised by IML for Egypt and Jordan . We travelled as a family from various countries and right from working out the itinerary of travel in and out to listening to each and every member patiently is what we cherished the most. The guides , hotels and service provided in both the countries were very punctual , well mannered and always willing to go the extra mile for us. Not to forget small gestures like organising Pizza at a short notice.😊. Transfer vehicles were very clean and enough attention was given to the greetings and salutations. What we enjoyed the most was customisation of the tour as per your convenience , worked in closed collaboration with the advice from the experts We formed a whats app group for faster communication and response was very fast . Special mention to Anand and Sharique . I would definitely recommend IML if you want to participate in working with the experts to make your itinerary. It may be a good idea to double check your bookings near to the dates in this volatile global economy , just to be sure .

IML planned our family reunion trip to Egypt and Jordan in Jan/ Feb 2020 - this was nothing short of outstanding! From customizing the itinerary to include sites we wanted to visit, accommodating our meal preferences, and coordinating flights from different continents, everything was handled with great expertise. Meet and greets at the various airports were quick and professional, accommodations were awesome (with best views when possible!), and food arrangements were excellent. Egypt team members were fabulous and exceeded our expectations in their hospitality, knowledge, understanding, and communication. The Jordan team also did not disappoint and came through with flying colors in managing challenges. Special mention for IML team members: Anand (Mr. Egyptologist) planned our itinerary perfectly and not single minute of our holiday was amiss. Sharique handed all our operational formalities before and during the holiday without any hiccups. Both team members were available 24x7 for support (despite the time difference!) and this deserves nothing less than 5 stars! Kudos to the team and I'm looking forward to planning my next holiday with IML :)

IML arranged our 16 day trip to Egypt and Jordan in the months of January and February. I think- If you’re planning a trip to Egypt and Jordan, IML should be your only choice! I highly recommend them. From the beginning till the end- from the day we landed in Cairo and took off from Amman, they were very efficient. All our days were planned keeping in mind our choices, our needs and what suits us the best. The ground teams in Egypt and Jordan were highly efficient, too. They took care of any minor hiccups that come along in a huge trip like ours. Mr. Anand and Mr. Sharique from IML were our point of contact- and they were available to answer all our queries 24x7. The deep pool of knowledge they have regarding the two countries comes highly handy when planning a personalised trip. I would highly recommend IML to anyone for these very reasons! :D

It was an experience to cherish for life!!! Very well-organised trip. Staff at the Delhi office, Shariq and Anand were helpful throughout! Shariq is extremely polite and has a very pleasing personality! Even in Egypt, we were taken care of extremely nicely. Everything was planned to the minutest detail: the transfers, the sightseeing, tour guides, local representatives, the cruise and the hotel stay. Our tour guide Mahmoud is a gem! He speaks flawless English and has an excellent knowledge about Egyptian history ... Overall a mesmerizing experience!!!!

On reading reviews I contacted Mr Anand . Initially was sceptical since IML was found to be Delhi based . But my experience with entire team of IML was very very pleasant and extremely satisfying. They are really very responsive and they always try their best to solve the little little problems and difficulties encountered by their customers during and even before the overseas tours . I went to Egypt and Jordan thru them in the end of Feb 2020. And they always were available during our entire tour to help us and solve our problems . Of course the problems were minimal! We two friends went to Egypt in the first week of March 2022. Our most of the trip was arranged by IML travels Delhi. We had a great time over there. All the guides were friendly and the arrangements were quite good. We booked our cruise, hot air balloon, almost all the site seeing with local guides and some of our transports. The most I liked is hot air balloon it was really nice much more what I expected, cruise for 3days was good with all the site seeing. All the guides arranged by IML are friendly and cheerful. Hopefully we’ll cross again 😅

IML Travel Services has been my go to travel curator for the past 5 years. I cannot help but praise their attention to detail, their regular communication and prompt problem solving skills, even when you're in different timezones. They had made our Egypt and Jordan trip a really wonderful one and the latest Cambodia and Vietnam was perfect as well. Being travellers, rather than tourists we love to soak in the ambience of the place and meet the locals while partaking of local food. We prefer a more luxurious and individual experience and IML has never disappointed us. They have a wonderful intinerary, but as we are very clear of what we want to see and how long we want to stay at a particular place, they adjust accordingly. From tickets to hotels to vehicles of transportion and local guides for sightseeing, they do it all. Cambodia was on our bucket list, so we stayed at Siem Reap that is the gateway to the temples of Angkor Wat. Vietnam on the other hand had Saigon and Hanoi and the beautiful World Heritage Site of Halong Bay. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed the sites as well as the delicious local food served in beautiful restaurants. On request, we even had the novel experience of a Food Walk, to enjoy street food in the fantastic French Quarter, where we were staying in Hanoi. Kudos to the team for making this, such a memorable experience. At this very moment we will be travelling to Hampi and Chikmagalur, and IML is as meticulous with domestic tourism as they are with international ones.
