DAY 01 | ARRIVAL AT DUBAI (D)

 

Welcome to Dubai, one of the most unique, and vibrant destinations in the world!

 

In a single day, you can experience everything from rugged mountains and awe-inspiring sand dunes to sandy beaches and lush green parks, from dusty villages to luxurious residential districts and from ancient houses with wind towers to ultra-modern shopping malls.

 

On arrival at Dubai International Airport, you will be welcomed by our IML Travel Representatives, who will transfer you to your hotel in your luxury car. Check-in to your hotel and spend the day at leisure.

Have a comfortable overnight stay at hotel.

 

 

DAY 02 | CITY TOUR + BURJ KHALIFA (B)

 

After early morning breakfast at the hotel; get ready to proceed for a half day city tour of Dubai on a seat-in-coach basis. During this tour, you will get an amazing opportunity to visit many magnificent monuments, wonderful architectural creation buildings and famous landmarks of the city like Dubai Museum, Burj Al Arab, etc.

After completion of the city tour Grab a healthy lunch at a local restaurant and transfer to the Hotel to get relax. In the evening ready to proceed for the famous attraction of Dubai “Burj Khalifa”. Enjoy your evening under this symbol of world-class modern architecture.

After that return to your hotel enjoy dinner and comfortable overnight stay.

 

DAY 03| DUBAI MALL & UNDERWATER ZOO + DESERT SAFARI (B+D)

 

After early morning breakfast; explore the city as you want. Later in the afternoon get transferred to the Desert Safari in the latter half of the noon (14:00 Hrs), accompanied by barbeque dinner.

 

The desert safari is an amazing experience and a must for the tourists visiting Dubai. Enjoy the camel ride, Sandboarding and the sand dune bashing you will get a chance to experience the most charming belly dance and henna designing followed by the barbeque dinner.

 

Have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 04| ABU DHABI GRAND MOSQUE & FERRARI WORLD EXCURSION – Optional (150Kms) (B)

 

After hearty early morning breakfast proceeds for a day excursion of Abu Dhabi for the Grand Mosque on SIC Basis. This mosque is the very famous and ancient time attraction of Abu Dhabi. After the visit to Grand Mosque continues your tour and gets the transfer for the visit world-famous Ferrari world, it’s once in a lifetime experience to visit the Ferrari world.

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is an amusement park located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is the first and only Ferrari-branded theme park and has the record for the largest space frame structure ever built. Formula Rossa, the world’s fastest roller coaster, is also located here. In the evening time, embark on a return journey for the smart city Dubai. Come back to your hotel to enjoy Dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

 

DAY 05| DHOW CRUISE DINNER (B)

 

After early morning breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the day at leisure in Dubai.

Explore the glimpse of Shopping Festival Dubai. Spend the day as you want.

In the evening spend the evening cruising the Dubai Creek on a dhow cruise, with music and lights after that come back to the hotel and have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 06| DEPARTURE TO ONWARDS DESTINATION (B)

 

Enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast; later complete your check-out formalities and embark on a journey to Dubai International Airport to catch your flight to India. Board your flight from there and come back to your home with the cheerful memories of your wonderful trip.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Cancellation stage: 21 days or more before departure.
  • 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 15 to 20 days before departure.
  • 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 07 to 15 days or less before departure.
  • 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 7 days or less 24 Hrs before departure.
  • 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
  • Flights Cancellation.
  • For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
  • All payments have to be clear 30 days prior to the date departure.
  • International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.(Except Saturday &

Sunday)

  • Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided 7 day prior to departure.
  • IML travel will not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 Nights prior to the date of departure.
  • IML travel acts just as an agent between the airlines and the traveler, we are not responsible for the check-in services like web check-in. If a guest wishes to do the web check-in they must visit the website of the respective airlines and follow the procedure.
  • All tours involving less than 10 Persons will be considered as FIT or individual tour.
  • All tours involving more than 10 Persons will be considered as group tour.
  • Any monument, activity entry-pass/ passes, Guide Services are not included in individual tour packages, unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
  • All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point there is no provision of alternative transfer service. In this case guest may request for supplementary transport which will be charged extra. These services can be availed depending on the availability.
  • Full Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1700 Hrs (Maximum 8 Hours).
  • Half Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1300 Hrs OR at 1200 Hrs till 1600 Hrs (Maximum 4 hrs)

IMPORTANT REMARKS

  • All the above is just an offer subject to your acceptance & no booking are done yet, space will be subject to availability while we go through booking.
  • Rate is based on the above mentioned number of travelers, in case there is an increase or decrease in the number of persons or change of date, IML Travel keeps the right to change its rates accordingly.
  • All transfers throughout the entire trip are on private basis by A/C Deluxe Vehicle.
  • All above mentioned sightseeing are on Private basis on Cairo, Luxor and Aswan.
  • Hotels official Check in at 15:00 Hrs& Check out at 12:00 hrs.
  • The Indian meals served at local restaurant in Cairo upon request with extra charge

FORCE MAJEURE

IML Travel shall not be responsible for partial or complete non-performance of It’s obligations hereunder as a result of the impact of circumstances beyond their control and unforeseeable, for example, fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane and other natural calamities, Political unrest epidemics, military and actions of authorities (“Force Majeure”). Under such circumstances, the period for fulfillment of obligations hereunder shall be extended for the period the conditions referred to above persist.
