A Covering letter on the Indian company letter head with round seal of Indian company
Invitation from Nigerian company with color rounded Seal. The person signing the invitation letter is needed to state his mobile number on the invite letter. Also, he needs to provide copy of his passport, if he is Nigerian. In case he is foreigner, then he needs to provide copy of his passport along with copy of hia residence/work permit card.

Original Yellow fever is required
Company Registration certificate copy of Indian Company
Company Registration certificate copy of Nigerian Company attested by ministry of Foreign Affairs, with original stamping to be couriered directly to the passenger which is to be submitted along with the documents in the embassy.
Bank Statements for last 3 moths from the current date (with the balance of US$ 1000 equal to INR)
Polio Vaccine Must with effect from 1st March’14, Indian Government has made polio vaccination mandatory

Original Invitation Letter from the person inviting the applicant .The person who will send the Sponsorship letter need to state his mobile number on the invite letter. Original Yellow fever vaccination.
Confirm Air Tickets.
Polio Vaccination certificate.
Income tax returns/ For 16 for last 3 years.
Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance
Salary slips for last 3 monts – if employed.
Original leave letter from Employer/School/University.
Company registration proof eg.Shop ACt / MOA/Deed etc – if self employed.

Visa Fees: USD 273/- + INR 9900/- pp Online payment and DD charges.

Visa Processing Time: 10-15 Working Days.

Documents of visa received before 5:30pm will be processed on the same calender day. All documents received after 05:30pm will be processed on the next working day.

The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.
