Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival. (Old passport if any.)
Visa application form.
2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and Matte finish, 80% face size.
Covering letter stating the details of the travel and visit.
Invitation by sponsor by name issued from Libyan Passport and Immigration office.
Confirm Air Tickets.
Medical certificate provided from the medical centers recognized by the Embassy of the State of Libya in New Delhi only.
In case, Embassy of Libya in New Delhi (The Consular section) decides to continue to entrust the following Medical centre only for conducting the medical test for all visas till the further notice in this regards.

Visa Cable Number (Telex Approval Directly to Embassy through Immigration Office in Libya and one copy to us)
The first page of the passport copy needs to be translated in to the Arabic on the passport page and than need to be stamp by the MEA Delhi
Original Medical report issued by an authorized medical doctor

Documents of visa received before 5:30pm will be processed on the same calender day. All documents received after 05:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
It must be noted that grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and IML Travel is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner.
The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.
We will not be liable for the Delay in processing by the Consulate/Embassy.
Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
