A Covering letter
Hotel reservation done at a notary public office from Lebanese counterpart. It must be addressed to the Embassy of Lebanon in New Delhi, mentioning a clear address in Lebanon, taking full responsibility for the invited part’s stay and committing himself sure the invited person returns to India.

Passport copy 1st two and last two pages in Duplicate

Visa Fees: INR 2750/- pp

Time Required: 3 Months

Visa Application form. 2 sets
2 recent Photos of 35 X 45 mm with white background and matte finish, 70% face size.
A Covering letter on company letterhead stating details of company, applicant and visit information.
Invitation letter from Lebanon company, stating the details of the company, and taking full responsibility of the invited company and the person who is invited. An Invitation letter should be notarized from public office from Lebanese counterpart.
Company registration copy of both Indian and Lebanon company.
Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance with bank seal & sign and minimum balance of INR 5 lacs.
Confirmed Air Tickets.
If applicant needs approval from Lebanon immigration department General Security, then Embassy will translate the approval & the applicant can travel on the basis of the approval which can be done in 2 days.

Documents of visa received before 5:30pm will be processed on the same calender day. All documents received after 05:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
It must be noted that grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and IML Travel is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner.
The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.
We will not be liable for the Delay in processing by the Consulate/Embassy.
Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
