Valid Passport – at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. Also, passport should have a minimum of two blank visa pages.

Business Visa

Original passport.
One photo with white background.
Online Visa application form duly typed and signed.
Covering letter from applicant side on letter head addressing To,The Consulate Generel of China,Mumbai duly applicant’s name and passport number mention exact purpose of visit, duration of stay and who will take care of the expenses.
Invitation addressing to Delhi embassy applicant’s name and passport number should be there with seal of the company and signature and authorized signatory name and designation needs to be mention. Failure to give the same accordingly VFS will not accept the application.
Air ticket. If need apply on urgent basis

Visa on Arrival

Foreign nationals normally need to obtain a visa for a trip to China before departure, while in certain cases they are likely to get a China visa on arrival at entry ports. The validity starts from the day following your entry and only one entry is allowed. Once you exit from the country of China, the VOA expires.

Who is eligible?

Passport holders of most countries can easily get a Visa On Arrival, such as the US, France, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland and Spain.

You may apply by showing your passport with proof that you have been issued a Chinese visa before by embassies and consulates, such as Indonesians and Filipinos.

Countries that are not eligible for VOA include:-

Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Cameroon, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Israel, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Sudan, Turkey, Uganda, and Yemen.

Documents of visa received before 5:30pm will be processed on the same calender day. All documents received after 05:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
It must be noted that grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and IML Travel is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner.
The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.
We will not be liable for the Delay in processing by the Consulate/Embassy.
Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
