2 Photos of 35 X 45mm, white background, matte finish 80% face size.
Visa Application form
A Covering letter including the details of the visit.
An invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan (letter is valid only for one month).
HIV test certificate
Confirm Air tickets
Copy of medical insurance certificate (if a host does not undertake to pay for medical services).
Invitation Letter that proves the purpose of an invitation along with Govt ID proof.
If tourist visa, then Tourist Voucher from receiving travel agency in Azerbaijan is required.
Notarized copy of a birth certificate, permission of parents or a legitimate representative and copies of identification documents are required for issuance of visa for children’s under 18years, if travelling without his/her parent or a legitimate representative.
Authorization Letter Attested for submission and collection of Application.

VISA FEES: INR 5500/- Single Entry Visa for 90 days.

VISA FEES: INR 27500/- Multiple Entry Visa for 180 days.

Visa Processing Time: 10 -15 DAYS.

Documents of visa received before 5:30pm will be processed on the same calender day. All documents received after 05:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
It must be noted that grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and IML Travel is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner.
The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.
We will not be liable for the Delay in processing by the Consulate/Embassy.
Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy.
